Can I Replace 220v Mechanical Thermostat With 110 V Digital One?

I want to replace my mech. thermostat to a digital one. I live in Bangkok and the current is 220. Can i use a digital thermostat made in USA for using with 110v? Im looking at Honeywell RTH 221B. Please Help.
